2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 192, 127(1), 115(2), 109, 223, 125(a), 352 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. On the eve of Holi festival, altercation took place between two groups over playing of D.J., in which, it is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including petitioners assaulted and also opened fire, on account of which, one person sustained injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that from perusal of F.I.R., it is apparent that there is general and

No.53012 of 2025(2) dt.21-08-2025 2/2 omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and no specific allegation of overt act has been alleged against them and only on the disclosure of some villagers, name of petitioners and others has surfaced. The informant, who is Sub-Inspector of Police, did not place any cogent evidence against petitioners and other co-accused persons. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 99 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
