Case No. 39 of 2019, dated 08.02.2019, instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his accusation in this case is on the basis of confession of a coaccused person. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the two other accused persons of this case have been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22394 of 2019.
