JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 27-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual court proceeding. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No.122 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/307/34/120(B) of the IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act.

At the very outset, on perusal of the application filed by the petitioner, I find that at para-3, it is mentioned that petitioner has three criminal antecedents but from perusal of the case diary, it is clear that petitioner has four criminal antecedents. Under the aforesaid circumstances, it is apparent that the petitioner has suppressed this fact from the Court, as such,
