The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 36 and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

It is a case of recovery of about 188 liters of liquor from the house of one Kallu Kumar @ Rohit.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor and no liquor was recovered from the conscious or constructive possession of the petitioner and petitioner has not been arrested at the spot and also the fact that the petitioner is a

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that petitioner being a lady, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No.1079 of 2021 arising out of Alamganj P.S.
