2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

(i) for issuance of a direction to the respondent authority, Respondent No.3 with regard to measurement of land bearing Khata No.34, Khesra No.627, Thana Jamabandi No.256, Mauza, Thana-No.99, Revenue Faizlabad, area 38 katha out of total 50 katha; (ii) for issuance of a direction that the representation has been filed by the petitioner which is still pending for final adjudication

Patna High Court CWJC No.11162 of 2026(2) dt.27-07-2026 2/2 before the respondent no.3, may be considered and disposed of;

(iii) to pass such other order/orders as your Lordship may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if the respondent no.3, the Circle Officer, Sampatchak, Patna passes a reasoned order on the petition to be preferred by the petitioner.

4. The submission is that similar situate case in CWJC No.10738 of 2025 (Ratan Yadav vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.), a coordinate Bench has gave the similar observation on 17.12.2025.

5. The State has no objection.

6. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the respondent no.3, the Circle Officer, Sampatchak, Patna in next four weeks who shall be taking up the matter and pass a reasoned order at an earliest. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U
