Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be mother in law of the deceased and according to prosecution case itself, the marriage of deceased had taken place three years ago and after marriage she gave birth to two children.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that in course of investigation, it came to light that a quarrel took place in the family of the deceased and after that she consumed poison.

Case No. 33 of 2016.
