2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 351(2), 74 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, on 4.1.2025 at about 6.25 am petitioner assaulted on the head of informant with Sahran (tools used to cut paddy) as a result of which informant sustained injuries on the head. Informant died during treatment on 9.1.2025.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner is in custody since 19.5.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State and the informant oppose the prayer for bail. Learned counsel for the informant said that petitioner has given fatal blow on the head of the informant causing his death during treatment.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, prayer for bail of this petitioner is rejected.
