This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 08.08.2008, the co-accused, Ganesh Paswan, having similar allegation, has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 5267 of 2010.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with S. Tr. No. 207 of 2012 (Belaganj P.S. Case No. 125 of 2008) to the satisfaction of the Ad Hoc Additional Sessions Judge, V, Gaya.
