Petitioner is accused in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No. 17 of 2016 registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the informant, who is the eye witness of the occurrence, had disclosed the name of 5 persons named in the F.I.R. having hand in the murder of his son. Later on, in course of investigation, co-accused Muhari Yadav @ Nitish Yadav disclosed the name of this petitioner having hand in the occurrence. Except the confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27662 of 2016 (2) dt.12-07-2016 2/2 occurrence. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 27.04.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No.17 of 2016.
