The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 354 of 2017, registered under Sections 323, 504 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is delay of 5 days in filing complaint. He further submits that the petitioner is Bhaisur (elder brother of the husband) of the complainant and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances

No.48491 of 2019(4) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection with Complaint Case No. 354 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
