JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Special Case No. 14 of 2019, arising out of K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 151 of 2019, for the offence under Sections 27b(ii)/27(d)/28 of the Drugs and Cosmetic Act, 1940 read with 36AC of the Drugs and Cosmetic Act, 2008 and Section 22 (B) of the NDPS Act.
As per prosecution case, 177 bottles containing 100 Ml of cough syrup was seized.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 04.05.2019.

No.52672 of 2019(2) dt.29-08-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Purnea in connection with Special Case No. 14 of 2019, arising out of K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 151 of 2019.
