18-06-2015 After some argument, Sri D.N.Tiwary, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Tapeshwar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition so that the petitioner may appear before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may offer to deposit the alleged amount. The prayer is allowed.

The petition stands disposed of with an indication that if within a period of one month from today the petitioner appears before the court below and makes a prayer for grant of regular bail, the learned court below, without being prejudiced with this
