Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Alamganj P.S.Case No. 364 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that in this case process under Section 82 of Cr.P.C. has already been issued against the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

In such view of the matter, petitioner is directed to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered by the court below on the basis of materials available on record and if possible to be disposed of on the same day. With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
