Petitioners seek bail in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.759 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section 272, 273, 414 Indian Penal Code and Section(s) 30(a), 36, 48 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that as per seizure list recovery of illicit liquor and other articles have been made from the house of Sanjit Kumar Sahani. Petitioners are relatives of Sanjit Kumar Sahani. They have been falsely implicated in this case. They are in custody since 25.06.2019 having clean

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.759 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners.
