Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It would appear from perusal of the written report that due to partition dispute informant's wife was killed. So far as petitioner is concerned, there is only allegation against her that she caught hold the deceased at the time of alleged occurrence and after that petitioner's husband assaulted the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner is in jail custody since 13.04.2016, let the petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31816 of 2016 (2) dt.18-08-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 188 of 2015.
