Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence under sections 379 and 411 of the IPC. Petitioner and one Manoj Kumar Ojha are said to have been caught in the stolen pick up van. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the said Manoj Kumar Ojha was allowed bail by the court below. It is also submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent prior to the instant case and that being a fruit dealer, he had engaged the service of pick up van bona fide for transportation of fruit and he is no way connected with the theft of the vehicle. Considering the aforesaid circumstances and the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 19.6.2018, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. The Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
