Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of petitioner came in the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Deepak Srivastava and after that stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered in front of the house of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S.
