Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khagaria (Gangour) P.S.Case No. 334 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation as per FIR is that petitioner has fired on his brother-in-law, causing injuries.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the whole allegation is false and concocted and there is enmity between the parties and falsity of the present case will appear from the fact that that informant has stated that in spite of receiving injuries the injured went to Doctor by driving car by himself. Heard learned APP also.

No.51209 of 2018 (2) dt.11-09-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Khagaria (Gangour) P.S.Case No. 334 of 2018, G.R.No. 1360 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
