ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 19-03-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 24.04.2013 passed by the Ad hoc Additional District & Sessions Judge-III, Siwan in Darauli P.S. Case No. 63 of 2009 by which it has summoned the Petitioner under Section 319 Cr.P.C. to face the trial along with other accused persons. Since the Petitioner is named in the First Information Report as an accused, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
The application is dismissed.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party and for which reason it shall send a
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24454 of 2013 dt.19-03-2015 list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Siwan, and the Superintendent of Police, Siwan is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
