Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the I.P.C.
It is alleged that accused persons killed the informant's husband by strangulation.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that informant is not the eye witness of the occurrence and only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled. Petitioner is agnate of the brother-in-law of the victim and considering the suspicious nature of accusation other accused persons have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 9575 of 2014, 10136 of 2014, 11052 of 2014.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9499 of 2015 (2) dt.20-04-2015 2/2 petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 150 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
