The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498 (A), 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office. It is a case of cruelty due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand both parties on behalf of the informant, learned counsel for the informant appear before the Court as well as learned

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has falsely been implicated in this case. He has committed no offence. He is ready to keep his wife with full dignity and honour. Both counsels of respective parties asserted to the Court that petitioner is ready to give Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand only) per month as ad interim maintenance because he is an Engineer.

In this juncture, informant counsel is directed to submit the bank account details within a week and petitioner is also directed to deposit Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand only) per month which commenced from this month as ad interim maintenance. The interim maintenance which will be paid by the petitioner to the opposite party no. 2 will be adjustable in matrimonial case which relates to the maintenance. Learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of anticipatory bail petition.

In the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail

No.61706 of 2021(2) dt.16-05-2022 3/3 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S.
