The Petitioner has sought a writ of mandamus for commanding the respondents No.2 and 5 for issuance of a letter of appointment in favour of the Petitioner, who had appeared in 45th Combined Competitive Examination and finally selected as sugar cane Officer.
A Counter Affidavit has been filed on behalf of the B.P.S.C. submitting therein that the State Government had requisitioned only one post and of the two persons who had been recommended by the B.P.S.C. only one could thus be appointed in
Patna High Court CWJC No.16174 of 2007 dt.20-02-2015 2/2 S.C. category.
