Let the petitioner surrender and pray for regular bail in the light of the direction issued by the learned Sessions Judge, Gaya to him in A.B.P. No. 1783 of 2014. The learned Sessions Judge has directed him to surrender within two weeks but this Court directs the petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail on or before the 19th of August, 2015 and the prayer shall be considered in the light of the fact that there is no mention of any date or time or place even as to when the informant had gone to hold either an enquiry or an inspection of the shop of the petitioner.
With the above observation, this petition stands disposed of.
