In the present writ petition, several prayers have been made, however; in counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 3, it has been indicated that regarding payment of earn leave salary from 8.12.1992 to 6.1.1993, same was sanctioned through Memo No. 513 dated 2.8.2007. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that such payment has not been made till date. In view of statement made on oath by respondent no. 3, the Court considers it proper to direct the respondents to make

Patna High Court CWJC No.16791 of 2007 (3) dt.11-03-2015 2/2 payment of said sanctioned amount to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if same has not been paid till date. Regarding other grievances, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.

With above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
