In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following relief/reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS, commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities to declare the result of the petitioner of Three Year Degree Course Bachelor of Science Part -III Examination, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as TDC- III) having Registration No. 131873 of 2015 and Roll No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3839 of 2021 dt.23-11-2021 2/2 189756 as also grant marks-sheet and certificate in favour of the petitioner on the ground that due to latches/inaction on the part of the Respondent University, the petitioner could not appear in his TDC B.Sc. (Hons.) Part- I ReExamination before 2019 but due to later appearance of the petitioner in the said examination, the Respondent University are not publishing the result of the petitioner of TDC B.Sc. (Hons.) Part- III Examination.

(ii) For issuance of any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for which the writ petitioner would be found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case."

Grievance of the petitioner is relating to announcing the result of the petitioner in respect of three year degree course Bachelor of Science Part -III Examination 2018 with reference to his registration No. 131873 of 2015 read with Roll No. 189756 and further issuance of mark sheet certificate. Such a grievance of the petitioner is pending consideration before the Fourth Respondent from 10.09.2020, therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to redress the grievance of the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order failing which, first respondent University is hereby directed to pay litigation cost of Rs. 25,000/- to the petitioner.
