The sole petitioner, who is in custody in Chowk P.S. Case no.89/2016 registered for the offence under Sections 47, 52, 54, 57, 63 of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016 and Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in a raid, huge quantity of liquor was recovered from the owner's house of the petitioner.
