JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 28-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 294 of 2017, registered for offences alleged under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petitioner is Chachi (Aunt) of the husband of the deceased. The father-in-law and mother-in-law has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with this case vide Criminal Misc. No. 63659 of 2017.

Learned APP for the State is present.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52510 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 present case, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 294 of 2017, subject to the condition U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C. and subject to the further condition that she will cooperate in course of trial by putting appearance before the learned court below. Two consecutive defaults in putting appearance before the learned court below without any plausible reason would lead to cancellation of her bail bond. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) Arvind/Ved/- U T
