In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Dulhin Bajar P.S. Case No.194 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1) (A-A) (A-AA) (B-A)/35 of the Indian Penal Code. The police intercepted two persons and from the possession of the petitioner 50 rounds of 7.65 bore cartridges have been recovered and they were using the stolen motor cycle. The petitioner is in jail since 05.12.2015. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27056 of 2016 (2) dt.14-07-2016 2/2 petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after completing one year's judicial custody.
