The sole petitioner, who is in custody in Lakhisarai P.S. Case no. 749/2014 registered for the offence under Section 341 and 377 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the victim has not given any statement and also injury does not corroborate the accusation, whereas Sri Rajendra Singh Shastriji, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor , opposing the prayer for bail, submits that in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26855 of 2016 (2) dt.13-07-2016 2/2 F.I.R. there is specific accusation against the petitioner. I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of bail. The petition stands dismissed.
