In view of limited prayer made at the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ application to enable the petitioner to move before the Debt Recovery Tribunal under section 17 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.
