The petitioners approached this Court seeking quashing of a notification dated 19.02.2016 issued by Respondent No 2 whereby the ad hoc committee was constituted. It is submitted that main relief, sought for in the writ petition, has become infructuous. However, subsequently, a show cause notice has been issued to them on 23.09.2021. They have replied on 18.11.2021. The said show cause notice relates to lodging of certain criminal cases against them and desired action on the basis of such facts.
