Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. The petitioner was apprehended in some other case and thereafter remanded in this case on 11.12.2017. Submission is that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was ever put on T.I. Parade. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
