One country made loaded Katta is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 04.01.2016. No doubt, petitioner carries some criminal antecedent but taking note of the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody in the present case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S.Case No. 08 of 2016.
