The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No.749 of 2021 instituted under Sections 341,323,504,506,420 of the I.P.C. and Section 67 of Information of Technology Act.

As per the prosecution story, allegation against the petitioner is of creating fake I.D. Account in the name of the informant and posting objectionable photograph of his sister. Not only that, there were some content that was also posted along with the photo which cannot even be described in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51176 of 2022(2) dt.17-01-2023 2/2 present order. Accordingly, the FIR was lodged. Taking into account the kind of allegation that has been come against the petitioner of having lowered the prestige of a lady in the society, this Court is not inclined to grant him relief and the anticipatory bail stands rejected.
