Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be father of the injured and it is stated that he gave several dagger blows to the injured as a result of which injured sustained injury on his vital part of the body. No doubt, injured appears to have sustained injury on his chest said to be caused by sharp cutting weapon but the doctor opined that said injury was simple in nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in Kochadhaman P.S.
