18.06.2015 It is a case of murder by a group of persons. Petitioner is named in the F.I.R. The Court is not inclined to give the benefit of anticipatory bail, as it does not seem to be a false case. The post-mortem report does indicate that the victim was beaten brutally. In view of the above, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Shikarpur P. S. Case No. 180 of 2014, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, is hereby rejected.

Let the petitioner surrender and pray for
