The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 474 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been alleged that Deo Ratan Pandey (stamp vender) is printing forged court fees stamps and used to sell it to the Advocate and Advocate Clerks. It has further been alleged that Deo Ratan Pandey has kept printing machine in his village home at Bherdhari. The petitioner is an Advocate and he has no knowledge of forged stamp which was handed over to him.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23737 of 2016 (5) dt.27-07-2016 case, let petitioner, Ram Sagar Yadav, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa (Sadar) P.S. Case No.200 of 2016.
