The present application has been filed by father of accused for setting aside the impugned order dated 29.11.2013 and the order dated 27.01.2014 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, by which he had directed issuance of nonbailable warrant of arrest against the son of the petitioner and process under Section 82 Cr.P.C. has been issued because the son of the petitioner is not appearing in the court. The learned Sessions Judge, Purnea has rejected the Criminal Revision Application filed by the present petitioner.

Since no one appears, the application stands dismissed for default.
