Petitioner seeks bail in Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No.249 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 467, 468, 471 and 420 Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.

It is alleged in the written report that police got confidential information that Security Guard of Kidzee school is keeping illegal firearm on the basis of forged license. The informant reached the premises of Kidzee school and found the petitioner was keeping illegal double barrel gun on the basis of forged license. It is further alleged that one double barrel gun, five cartridges and other articles have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. License of the petitioner was found

As such, petitioner was working as Security Guard in Kidzee school on the basis of forged arms license and was found in possession of illegal arms.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is rejected at this stage.

The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months, if no substantive progress is made in the trial. (Sanjay Priya, J) J. Alam/- U T
