JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-05-2024 This Court has been informed that the case being Sessions Trial No. 146 of 2020 arising out of Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 254 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act is fixed for judgment.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Presiding Officer of the learned trial court is not available, hence, the judgment has not been delivered and now the case is required to be re-heard.

3. In the above view of the matter, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to make a mention before the concerned learned District Judge, Rohtas for transferring the record to an available court where the trial may be concluded after hearing the parties.

4. There is no ground to entertain the regular bail application of the petitioner at this stage.

5. The application is dismissed.
