The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the order dated 30.1.2015 but, due to unforeseen circumstances, he could not surrender within time, and, hence seeks extension of further time for surrender before the Court below. Further four weeks time from the date of receipt of this order, is allowed to the petitioner for surrender before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 113 of 2013.
