JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 29-04-2015 This Criminal Miscellaneous Application has been filed for modification of the order dated 29.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30468 of 2014 to allow six weeks more time to enable the petitioner to arrange money and deposit the same. Heard.
Four weeks further time is allowed to deposit the amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- by way of first installment through Bank draft in the name of the informant and then the petitioner shall be enlarged on provisional anticipatory bail in case of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of. C.J.M. Gaya in Rampur P.S. Case No. 208 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20095 of 2015 (2) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 Cr.P.C and if the remaining rest amount i.e. Rs. 8,45,000/- is deposited by the petitioner in three equal monthly installments then his provisional anticipatory bail shall be confirmed by the court below itself.
Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Application is hereby disposed of.
