Petitioner seeks bail in Session Trial No.194 of 2018 arising out of Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.159 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304(B)/34 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased.
There is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner in the written report. She is in custody since 04.06.2018.
Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the husband of the deceased has already been granted bail by co-

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, I, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Session Trial No.194 of 2018 arising out of Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.159 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
