2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 553 of 2023 registered under section 342, 370A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(ii)(a)(b), 4, 5, 6, 7, 9 of the Immoral trafficking Act and sections 4, 6, 8, 10 and 17 of the POCSO Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52436 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 petitioners are said to have involved in the business of immoral trafficking. Minors girls have been recovered from the spot and petitioners are in custody since 19.06.2023.

5. Many arguments have been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner including that the petitioners are relative and girls recovered are also relatives.

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
