Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners were granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by an order dated 17-6-2026 in Cr. Misc no. 37470 of 2026. It is next submitted that petitioners were made an accused in Tilauthu PS Case No. 85 of 2026 but inadvertently in Cr. Misc no. 37470 of 2026, the PS case was recorded as "Tilauthu PS Case No. 86 of 2026". Learned counsel thus submits that para-5 of the order dated 17-6-2026 in Cr. Misc no. 37470 of 2026 be modified

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54159 of 2026(2) dt.31-07-2026 2/2 partly.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, PS case at para-5 of the order dated 17-6-2026 in Cr. Misc no. 37470 of 2026 is modified to read as "Tilauthu PS Case No. 85 of 2026" instead of "Tilauthu PS Case No. 86 of 2026"

The order dated 17-6-2026 in Cr. Misc no. 37470 of 2026 is modified to the extent indicated above. 5.

It is made clear that if petitioners surrender within a period of two weeks from today, their provisional anticipatory bail bonds shall be accepted on the same terms and conditions. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Sumit/- U T
