JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER -------------- 20-04-2015 By order dated 13.08.2012 passed by a Bench of this Court it was noticed that the sole writ petitioner is dead. An adjournment was granted to the counsel for filing substitution petition by the heirs and legal representatives of the deceased petitioner. Even thereafter by order dated 01.05.2013 time was granted for filing substitution petition with respect to the deceased writ petitioner. By office note dated 17.04.2015 it has been reported that till date substitution petition has not been filed. In above view of the matter, the writ petition is held to have abated and is, accordingly, dismissed.
