JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2015 The petitioner was allotted plot no. 2M/56 having an area of 1430 Sq. feet at Mohalla + P.O. + P.S.- Digha, districtPatna vide letter no. 3533 dated 28.02.1991 of the Housing Board. Pursuant to the allotment, the petitioner made the initial deposit with the State Bank of India, a receipt of which is annexed as Annexure-3.

It does not appear from the pleadings whether any agreement was executed.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, if the petitioner approaches the Managing Director (respondent no.2), he would dispose of the representation within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of.
