ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. Earlier, the notice was issued to opposite party No.2, who has accepted the same but till date she has chosen not to appear before this Court to contest the matter.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.2279C of 2014 registered under Sections 323, 379, 504 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the marriage has taken place more than 24 years ago and no one has appeared on behalf of opposite party No.2 to contest this bail application, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest/surrender in the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19725 of 2015 (3) dt.30-09-2015 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Araria in connection with Complaint Case No.2279C of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
