The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 2335 of 2008, which stood dismissed on 19-03-2015, due to non-prosecution.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the ground set-forth in the petition, same is allowed. Let C.W.J.C. No. 2335 of 2008 be restored to its original file.
