JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecution for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences punishable under Section 47(A) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016. Two litres country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 14.05.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Excise Case No. 19 of 2016.
